The first eight editions of Psychology Applied to Work® were released by some of the largest publishers in the world. In 2007 Dr. Muchinsky obtained the publishing rights to Psychology Applied to Work® and established Hypergraphic Press. The name was derived from the medical term hypergraphia—the compulsive urge to write and write when one has a story to tell. In this case, the story of I/O psychology as told through Psychology Applied to Work®.
Hypergraphic Press published the 9th edition of Psychology Applied to Work® in 2008, the 10th edition in 2011, the 11th edition in 2016, and the 12th edition in 2019.
