Terms and Conditions

Notice:

Hypergraphic Press is making its Ancillary Material available only to adopters of the 12th Edition of “Psychology Applied to Work®” and students of adopters.  Upon adoption, you and your students who purchase the textbook may use the Ancillary Materials as described below. Hypergraphic Press has established these limitations in response to concerns raised by authors, professors, and other users regarding the pedagogical problems stemming from unlimited distribution of Ancillary Materials.

If Hypergraphic Press approves your request, you hereby granted a nontransferable license to use the Ancillary materials in connection with the Course, subject to the following conditions. The Ancillary Materials are for your personal, noncommercial use only and may not be reproduced, posted electronically or distributed, except that portions of the Ancillary Materials may be provided to your students IN PRINT FORM ONLY in connection with your instruction of the Course, so long as such students are advised that they may not copy or distribute any portion of the Ancillary Materials to any third party. You may not sell, license, or otherwise redistribute the Ancillary Materials in any form. You hereby agree to take reasonable steps to protect the Ancillary Materials from unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution. Your use of the Ancillary Materials and checking the box below each constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you should not accept these terms.

All rights in the Ancillary Materials are and remain the sole and exclusive property of Hypergraphic Press and/or its licensors. The Ancillary Materials are furnished on an “as is” basis without any warranties, express or implied. This Agreement will be governed by and construed pursuant to the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to such State’s conflict of law rules.
